"After attending many training sessions within the industry, I stand firm in my belief that the "Boot Camp Training" is by far the best! Boot Camp conducted by Cindy & Gayland Hamm, allows individuals the opportunity to experience plenty of hands on training with the right dose of question and answer sessions and trouble shooting. While teaching many facets of the industry, Boot Camp also offers continuous technical support and plenty of motivation. We returned from Boot Camp armed with knowledge to operate and grow a successful business to half a million dollar mark our third year full year. We would recommend Boot Camp to anyone considering Decorative Concrete as their choice of business. Cindy and Gayland genuinely love what they do and it shows in how they care for their students long after Boot Camp is over."

"I attended the Boot Camp training when I was just getting started into the business and it really kick started me into Decorative Concrete. I was surprised that we covered so much during the week. I left training feeling confident and ready to go to work. Cindy has also been a great resource when I am out on the job and run into something unexpected. Having someone that has been in the business for so long that is just a phone call away, has been invaluable. If you are getting started in the Decorative Concrete business or just want to further hone your skills, this is a class worth taking."Mark Osteen; Red River Concrete
Well it’s been just over two years since I came to the “Boot Camp
Training ”. I just wanted to tell you everything has been going
great. I am still taking training classes to learn new techniques and
different options to offer my clients. In all the classes I have taken I
still look back to the “Boot Camp” as the best class for the money. At
the time I still had my regular full time job (in retail sales). I have
to say that it may have taken me six months of trial & error, a lot of
review of my notes, the business notebook from the class and the
knowledge that I always have your support to finally start my own
business in decorative concrete. When I first showed up to the “B.C.” I
felt intimidated by all the info and research I had done prior to my
class date. When it finally came time to start, everyone at Decosup had
came out to meet us. In typical Texas form you instantly became part of
their family. Pleasantly to my surprise the class size was smaller then
any class I had been to previously. As Ms. Cindy started the class she
mentioned the reason for the small class size, it was so they could
spend enough time with each student and so each student would have their
own project to work on. The training on acid staining has proved quite
helpful. There have been many times as I am applying stains I can still
here Ms. Cindy explaining the proper way to apply them. I am very proud
to still show pictures of my practice piece to clients. It was nice to
learn so many styles of application, some of which I have still not had
the opportunity to use.
Another portion of my training was the counter top class. The techniques
I learned have helped me to not only offer counter tops to my clients
but in other counter top classes I actually was able to apply some of
these techniques to improve the process I was learning in that class.
All in all I truly wish to thank everyone at Decosup for giving me the
knowledge and confidence to take a chance to improve my life. Oh yeah,
one last thing, the hotel that Decosup uses for the students was
fantastic. Not only were the rooms well keep but the view of the lake
makes your stay feel more like a vacation then a job. I spent every
evening sitting in my room enjoying the view while reviewing my notes
and thoughts of the day.
Your friend always

" The training was comprehensive as well as fun!. I feel like I can get started in the business without the fear of totally botching a job. The tips given from years of installation experience is invaluable. it was fun, engaging, and educational. I thought things were covered thoroughly. The step by step manual and contracts. Gayland and Cindy's patients with many questions didn't make me feel inadequate or annoying."

"When I decided I wanted to learn the basics of decorative concrete I knew I needed a training program that would train someone with no experience and provide them with the tools necessary to become a successful contractor. I looked at a lot of training programs and found that most only covered one or two areas of application, or were too cost prohibitive. The “Boot Camp” training program exceeded all of my expectations. It covered the basics, as well as, many advanced techniques in a variety of decorative concrete applications. Your training and support has allowed me to start my own successful decorative concrete business. I can’t thank you enough!"
